The Holistic Personal Fitness Program is a customized fitness and wellness program that incorporates, meditation, strength & endurance training, pilates, yoga and well-being coaching to help women achieve not only their physical fitness goals, but the goals of their mind and spirit. *Every program is customized to you and your body and interests.
The goal of the Holistic Personal Fitness Program is to make exercise enjoyable, interesting and fun; while guiding women to connecting with their inner and outer selves.
Here is an example of a 60-minute Holistic Personal Fitness session:
- 1:00 PM – Check-in, grounding and meditation
- 1:15 PM – Stretching and Movement & based warm-up
- 1:25 PM – Yoga, Pilates or Strength Conditioning exercises
- 1:55 PM – Stretching, reflection and closing meditation
