Having a strong, healthy body is one of the greatest gifts a woman can give herself. Unfortunately finding the time, motivation and energy to achieve this is often nonexistent. One of the first steps to creating a healthy body is by making a personal commitment to yourself, and once that has been made, your dedicated Be A Fit Mama coach can then begin working with you and bring a positive change in your overall physical health.
Personal Fitness Training sessions usually consist of a warm-up, strength and/or cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and cool down. Every session is customized to your current ability, fitness level and goals. Each session is progressive and new and more challenging exercises will be introduced as you increase in strength, range of motion and endurance. All personal fitness training sessions are done in our Oakland Temescal Studio Location or in the *comfort of your home, outdoors or facility of your choosing.
