The Holistic Personal Fitness Program is a customized fitness and wellness program that incorporates, meditation, movement & dance, yoga and well-being coaching to help women achieve not only their physical fitness goals, but the goals of their mind and spirit.
The goal of the Holistic Personal Fitness Program is to make exercise enjoyable, interesting and fun; while guiding women to connecting with their inner and outer selves.
Here is an example of a 60-minute Holistic Personal Fitness session:
- 1:00 PM – Check-in, grounding and meditation
- 1:15 PM – Movement & dance based warm-up
- 1:25 PM – Yoga, Pilates or Stretch and strength exercises
- 1:55 PM – Reflection and closing meditation
