Starting any wellness program can be overwhelming at first; but it doesn’t have to be. We want you to be well-informed and confident on taking the steps to reaching your health & wellness goals.

Frequently Asked - Clients

How do I schedule my massage therapy and acupuncture sessions?

All partner wellness appointment can be made directly with the practitioner. Whether you are a client enrolled in a program, VIP Membership or A la Carte service - our wellness partners will have your information on file.

Do you provide mobile personal fitness sessions?

Absolutely! We provide Personal Fitness Sessions in our Oakland Temescal studio as well as mobile personal fitness sessions in San Francisco and throughout the East Bay

Do I have to purchase a complete program or can I purchase single sessions?

Our complete programs include options such as personal fitness training, well-being coaching, nutrition, acupuncture and massage therapy. We do offer some A La Carte services, but not for all the services available in our programs.

Are the staff and partners certified and qualified?

Yes! Every staff member and partner is fully qualified and certified in their required fields. Every member of our staff and network is thoroughly vetted and insured.
