Reiki for Stress & Anxiety

In Reiki for Stress and Anxiety with Sheila Russell, RN, Reiki Master & Massage Therapist, we will discuss the 5 principles of Reiki, become familiar with techniques such as gentle healing touch to assist in the delivery of reiki, and become more confident in managing the sensations that arise in the body when stress and anxiety pay us a visit.

Participants will receive and leave with:
-an attunement that will channel life force energy from Reiki Master to student
-an understanding of the 5 Reiki principles
-the ability to tune in more directly with feelings in the body
-techniques to use in real time for stress and anxiety
