Camp BFM is a fun, yet challenging experience! Our goal is to inspire you to reach your fitness goals no matter where you are in your fitness journey.  Camp BFM’s mission is to guide you the right way, to instill confidence and help you reach all of your goals!

Every camp is 45 minutes in duration;  Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 4-weeks.

Choose from 2 morning camp times: 5:30 am and 6:30 am.

Camp BFM  is challenging and it is Fun! This 4-week program is designed to transform your body and your mind! If You Are Dedicated, You WILL See Results!

SO HOW DO YOU GET STARTED?

STEP ONE: REGISTER NOW FOR Camp BFM

Print Registration Form to fax or mail or scan/email in.

STEP TWO: Secure your spot in camp by making your payment online or sending in a check.  Once your payment is received you will be contacted to schedule your pre-boot camp evaluation. (This is simple and painless, we promise!) The pre-camp evaluation just lets us know where you are now, so you can see your HUGE improvement four weeks from now! It takes about 20 minutes or so.  During this time you are encouraged to ask any questions you need answered. You will discus your goals, have your weight taken, measurements, as well as body fat composition.

STEP THREE: Attend your fun and exciting Camp BFM in beautiful Hiddenbrooke! Wear comfortable clothes and running shoes. Bring an exercise mat and a water bottle (with water in it). Have fun and achieve great results!
